The Winter semester is nearing at the
Stanford Center for Professional Development (SCPD). The
Winter 2010-11 course schedule has been posted and the the deadline for registration is December 20,2010. These are graduate level course that can be taken as part of certificate program in a number of fields. I would guess material science or electrical engineering would interest most readers of this blog. Several course to consider include:
- EE336/MATSCI346 Nanophotonics (ECE695s Nanophotonics from Purdue was developed with Stanford in 2006 and is available on-line for free)
- EE237 Solar Energy conversion
- XSUST133 Energy Storage and The Hydrogen Economy
- XSUST134 Hydrogen Utilization - Fuel Cells
- XSUST132 Photovoltaics
